Ingredients

  • 4 tbs bacon onion jam
  • 11/2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  • in medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  • microwave bacon onion jam to soften
  • add bacon onion jam to dry ingredients and combine well
  • stir in cheese, add milk and mix till combined
  • divide dough into 12 biscuits on greased cookie sheet
  • bake at 450 for 10-12 min or until golden brown
