- 4 tbs bacon onion jam
- 11/2 cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅔ cup buttermilk
- in medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- microwave bacon onion jam to soften
- add bacon onion jam to dry ingredients and combine well
- stir in cheese, add milk and mix till combined
- divide dough into 12 biscuits on greased cookie sheet
- bake at 450 for 10-12 min or until golden brown
