We visit Church’s Chicken whenever a trip places us near their location. This is our version of their Dipping Sauce, not exact but close.

Great for dipping.

Ingredients

• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons minced jalapeno slices (canned jalapeno)
• 1½ teaspoons juice from jalapeno slices
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic
• ½ teaspoon tarragon
• ⅛ teaspoon mace

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in bowl until combined

Notes

If you don't have mace it can be excluded
